No to Jimmer...

Saw this on hoopshype. I am very glad that we will not be getting jimmered.

According to a second person with knowledge of the situation, the Kings have received trade interest from about six teams about Fredette and, surprisingly, the Utah Jazz are not known to be among that group. The Jazz could use another perimeter scorer, and Fredette's popularity in that region would come as an added bonus at a time when they're rebuilding around young talents Gordon Hayward and Derrick Favors. So USA Sports writers think they have more knowledge than Dennis Lindsey? Rebuilding around Gordon Hayward, Derrick Favors, Enes Kanter, and Alec Burks sounds more like it.

I'm surprised the Kings didn't pick up his option. They don't think highly of him over there.

Jimmer-mania will shine again next off season when he's a UFA.

Just look at the Kings drafting - they have made their decision of JF so picking up his option would be very inconsistent with their other actions. As for being an UFA, hope springs eternal.

"Jimma!"

The No Jimmer camp better hope he doesn't last on the trade block long, because a mid-season grab by the Jazz - assuming they are tanking and fan interest is waning - seems like it would be a good time to inject a little life at that point.

If I was DL, I would call Sacramento tonight, offer some leftover Halloween candy for him and get him on a plane ASAP.

No reason to give up an asset for a few games of a UFA to be.

This is worded very strangely.

"not known to be among that group" = we don't know if they are or not.

"known not to be among that group" = we know who all six teams are and the Jazz aren't one of them.

I think Jimmer would work well in a line-up with Hayward as he could play off the ball, while Hayward handles Point-Forward duties.

I can't wait till Jimmer is out a Sac and getting splinters for a team in Europe so we don't have to hear anymore about how good of a fit he is here. He's not an NBA talent. He went to a system hand built for a no pass gunner(like him). And can't get off of the bench.

Bring on the Jimmer! Trade a 2015 2nd round pick and JL3 to Sac for him.

At least then some of the shots being thrown up will fall.

Jimma-slamma baby!
Bring the boy back where he be-longs!
Besides, he will help the tank, most prolly!
