What's new

NO VS Jazz 7pm MTS - Ingles will be out Wednesday...

This season started hurting me more than 13-14 season. Seriously...

This team is exhausted though. They 2 losses to OKC took a lot of steam out of this team. They really went all in those games physically and mentally. We need some rest and some monster games from Hayward and Favors going forward.

I also dont know why this team doesn't feed the hot hand. Favors is dominating in the third and cant miss yet he doesn't touch the ball multiple possessions during that quarter or just runs the hand off play.

Agreed. Blows my mind that they didn't run plays thru him. They posted him up once I think and Davis blocked it. No reason to not run PnR and post him again.

Also Neto was on fire and only played 10 min. 3-3, 2 ast, 8 pts.

Didn't watch but bad loss. Season is kind of lost without Gobert and Exum. If Lyles looked even remotely promising I could find some interest in watching these games, but he's horrific.

I swear this team has no killer instinct. They have so many losses already this season where they play well, build a decent lead, and then proceed to start wasting possessions with careless mistakes while their effort goes out the window defensively.

They get content with leads. Instead of going for the kill once they build a league, a lot of the players just relax and the focus is gone. I noticed it right when Favors dunked it to give the Jazz an 8 point lead. Harpring even followed up with the comment that it felt like the Jazz were on the verge of blowing the game open. And then what happened? The Jazz pissed away multiple possessions with stupid mistakes, jogged back in transition, and just like that the game was close again.

It's Gobert, Favors, Hayward and everyone else. Still have hope for Burks and Exum, but they need an infusion of talent AND some development from the young guys. Being forced to play Withey, Booker, Lyles and Neto this year certainly was not the plan. Gotta hope that Exumcones back healthy and ready to contribute next year if they're going to take a significant step, because I don't see a major free agent or quality draft pick coming in and changing the trajectory. Maybe the Jazz will cash in some of those trade assets at the deadline for a surprise acquisition.

Did the same **** in OKC. And I'm sick of watching it. Rushing shots, lazy defense and selfish playing. I know they are young. But it's getting ridiculous.

So Ryan Anderson got to the line 13 times tonight. Anyone want to venture a guess as to how many freebies he averages a game?

I can't tell you how many times I was yelling at the TV for guys to stay down.

We really pooped in our pants in the 4th. Also, Millsap should be cut. He isn't a good defender and he can't dribble. There is no development left in the guy... he's old. Checked into the game and immediately gives up a corner three to gordon who was hot. I can't watch the guy any more.

I actually thought Trey Burke was really good tonight sans the fourth quarter. Like he made some really good defensive plays closing out on guys and staying in front. Neto was also really good. I am much more concerned with our backup big situation than our PG situation.

We also missed a ton of wide open corner threes.... gotta convert some of them. This game really hurt.
