NON-JAZZ NBA PLAYOFF thread

No, it's that there are real things and measures that we COULD take to make things better, and we do stupid things like demand masks from vaccinated people and the stupid shoe thing. Neither one do a damn thing to help anyone.
im just saying whats the point of masks if you just take them off and shout? and then constantly do that? you're not protecting anybody at that point.

I almost wonder if now some of these idiots aren't doing it for the notoriety. There needs to be some harsh consequences dealt out and highly publicized to discourage it. Common decency is just going out the window.
Maybe it’s some of the more extreme people that don’t agree with the nba politics or whatever, they’ve probably been turned off to the nba and want to leave a message and don’t care about getting banned, who knows and good riddance.

That's ridiculous!! Now excuse me while I take off my shoes in order to board this plane!
Don't forget your belt!!

STOP THAT GUY, HE STILL HAD HIS BELT ON! FOR ****S SAKE HE COULD KILL US ALL WITH HIS BELT AND HIS TOENAIL CLIPPERS!! WON'T YOU THINK OF THE CHILDREN!?!1!

He’s attempting to equate the “theater” of TSA air travel security measures with mask wearing because life’s so inconvenient for him
No he's saying that people ignoring mask mandates to talk to teach other is just as ludicrous and does just as much to protect anyone as the TSA.

At least that's the way I took it. I guess he explained himself after.

Celtics fan gets charged with a felony. Also is from the most ironic city he possibly could be

The Boston Celtics fan who threw a water bottle at Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving on Sunday night has been identified as Cole Buckley, 21, of Braintree, Massachusetts

And the regression could easily be attributed to the Clippers not playing with any even se or effort for games 1 and 2, right?
I think it's moreso attributed to the fact that no team in NBA history could sustain the level of shooting that Dallas had in Games 1 and 2.

Luka was clearly not himself due to neck strain in game 4.
I think it has more to do with Dallas not being a very deep team, the over reliance on Luka, and the Clippers finally focusing. I think the Clippers are still our biggest threat. They can really d the hell up when they want to.

They shot 51 percent from 3 in game 3 and still lost.
they can’t stop the Clippers. Or any Average high school team for that matter. And now the Clippers are beginning to lock them down.

With as much **** as tnt gives Mitchell about “taking the next step” maybe it’s time to put some pressure on Luka to finally play some defense? The dude is a wizard on offense. But he’s James Harden like on defense. He’s terrible. He puts zero effort in. Dallas might have the two worst defending “stars” in the history of the league. Luka and Porzingas are just traffic cones to blow by.

Mavs were 5/30 from 3 in game 4, so yeah, not 51%.

Well a fan running out onto the court just got tackled by security during the Washington Philadelphia game.

Sounded like a good tackle. I hope we get some better video. Lol people are so dumb.

Sent from my SM-A326U using JazzFanz mobile app
I was watching, and it sure looked like a good tackle. The guy was kind of running out onto the court from behind the backboard and as the camera panned over you saw the security guard come up behind him and take him down. it happened really fast then the camera panned way out and you got to see them escort him off the court. It also showed exactly what a large distance the guy had to cover just to get to the floor. Kind of amazing he made it that far.

A strained groin in a best case scenario for Davis means a slight tear. The only way that injury heals is with rest.

If he plays tomorrow, it is very likely he causes the injury to get worsened, and puts into question his availability for the rest of the playoffs.

Remember, hes already dealing with a sprained knee. For the Lakers long term success in these playoffs, they will have to sit him in these final 3 games against Phoenix, and hope LeBron can carry them.

A slight tear of the groin in a best case scenario heals in roughly 8-10 days.
