Having two rim protectors on the floor would be a good start. Like Giannis + Lopez, Lebron + AD, PJ Tucker + Capela, Draymond + KD, Ibaka+ Kawhi. Whenever opponents find a way to bypass Rudy, they are basically shown a free lane to the basket. We need that extra rim defender to cover behind Rudy.

I think it is more important what's in front of Rudy, than behind him. We can't stop anyone so everyone runs right at Rudy with our pathetic perimeter defenders chasing the play.

From number 1 in the NBA power rankings a little over a week ago to this is difficult to believe.

I mean we've kind of seen enough of our own weaknesses so nothing is really new. We also have one of the easiest schedules to start the season and only good team we played was a Milwaukee team that were missing four of their starters.
