Except Herro was a much, much better 3-point shooter from the get-go.I think Keyonte will eventually be able to put up 20 pts and 5 asts fairly consistently. He's coming along. He's more or less keeping pace with Tyler Herro's early development.

Yeah, but Keyonte is better at getting downhill. It's not a direct comp.
Lauri -21 with 6 minutes left in the second has a Cooper Flagg smell to it.
Keyonte was shooting 32% from 3 entering this game mostly on the strength of 2 good shooting games. He shot 1 for 8 from 3 tonight.what's his 3 pt % so far this season ?
"Showcasing" is the operative term here. We’ve been getting a MASSIVE dose of Jordan Clarkson lately. I don’t think he’s been playing that bad, but I really had hoped this season wasn’t going to be about Jordan Clarkson.
I feel like they are wasting a lot of shots that could potentially be going to Brice (Juzang or fill in the name). Even if Clarkson does raise his value it won't be much..Maybe an expiring + protected SRP? They are losing games with JC so might as well give the minutes to the kids and see what they got moving forward."Showcasing" is the operative term here.
Honestly, we would be losing by 30 to 40 points every night without Clarkson and Sexton. We need some semblance of NBA minutes out there each night. There are zero teams that would give up value for Clarkson, best hope would be an expiring but that is a stretch. If anyone can thing of one, I’d love to see it!
What’s problematic about Clarkson is that he’s not really stepping aside or helping the young guys. He’s bending the entire offense to his play. Whenever he’s in the game, Clarkson is the main character and Hardy doesn’t seem to mind it either.
I have worried if Hardy's green light and "tolerance for youth mistakes" was eternal for Keyonte, but obviously lately Key has been restricted to lower usage and now Hardy going out and throwing him under the bus for defensive effort are definitely signs that he is switching approach.Hardy says that he started Collier in the second half over Keyonte because of defensive effort. This feels like one of the first clear on court consequences that they have given Keyonte. It will be interesting to see how he responds.
Before this game Keyonte had just had one of his better 6 game stretches.
