No, it makes no sense in today’s NBA. Too many good shooters. If Durant makes a tough shot, that’s fine. But giving up layups and wide open 3s from a one pass after a hard double is just inexcusable. Dumb strategy. Nonstop switching and hard doubling makes me question if Hardy is the right coach going forward.

He’s good. But why did we switch that? They wanted to get KD matched up with Key. Why not just fight through the screen and not give them the matchup they want?
