Salt and pepper pistachios from Costco are my greatest weakness.
But too much sodium in the diet can lead to high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke. It can also cause calcium losses, some of which may be pulled from bone. Most Americans consume at least 1.5 teaspoons of salt per day, or about 3400 mg of sodium, which contains far more than our bodies need.
The issue for me isn’t dying. It’s the slow and awful march toward death that comes with long-term metabolic problems. You can start living pretty poorly by your mid-fifties....**** man, I'm gonna die anyways, I'm gonna go out with tasty food.
I used to eat a lot of raw unsalted almonds cause they are pretty good for you, cheap, and taste good. All about the almonds - bonafide superfood baby!

Take these over Planters, cheaper of course but also tiny, tender and delicious.

Then I got a kidney stone and the doctor told me that almonds might have been a factor. Won't eat em now lol

Also it’s no wonder OneLove is perpetually single. The guy has the personality of an uptight turnip.
Time to get a new Dr Bruh. I eat nuts and sodium like it's going out of style but also drink tons of water. Probably eating too much red meat, soft drinks to form all that uric acid.No offense though, peace.

If you haven't already, you need to try this..Hoping to in the next 30-60.
While we’re on this topic, pistachios have shot up my big board past cashews as the #1 nut of choice! Salted, roasted ones are like crack.
