Obama = Nero

Hide your eyes, liberals, I'm about to post some critical articles about Obama:

No way should Obama leave our agents as sitting ducks.

Sooooooooooooo what are your solutions again

Tax cuts, freedom, invisible hand, freedom, drill baby drill, freedom, tax cuts, and we'll be greeted as liberators in Mexico?

Me and Obama are gonna play our fiddles and watch it burn.

Fiddles or Lyres? If you're trying to compare Obama to the 6th emperor then you should at least know what his primary musical instrument was.

Ah, thank you for providing me with your solutions. It falls right in line with what the GOP senators have tried to do the past few years.

Millsapa, since you're so educated and can see what most of us cannot, then perhaps you should do a quick research on the fiddle.

It wasn't even invented until centuries after the Roman Empire fell...

But that's ok, we should trust in your "enlightened" opinion, right? You're the one with all the facts, right? LOL....

Ok just go back in this thread, we have beaten "Lyre-gate" to death already.

Mideast burns, Japan suffers — Obama golfs
The Obamas are off to Rio de Janeiro this weekend, along with the several hundred members of the presidential travel party. Some of us wonder whether this is a good time for the president to be seen having a good time.

The case could be made, though, that if enough "black swans" gather on your lawn, you might as well get out of town. Black swans are, as you may know, the name given by the writer Nassim Nicholas Taleb to highly improbable events that vastly disrupt the status quo and set the world on its ear.

...

He found time to play golf for the 62nd time in his first term and also made his NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament picks, aired in a nine-minute feature on ESPN.

I know this may sound churlish, but don't you think at least an appearance of involvement in this crisis might be expected from the man in charge?

Meantime, the Middle East is still burning and Moammar Gadhafi is regaining control on the ground in Libya as we and our NATO lackeys dither over what to do about it.

We haven't seen leadership like this since Jimmy Carter.

I read the whole article. I think it boils down to "Wah! I'm old!"

I read somewhere that he is wanting to start more oil drilling in America. Maybe he's finally figured out that $6.00/gallon gas isn't going to do much for his re-election campaign.
