Now that the deadline has passed, can we just give Roger the full amount he's owed and officially end the relationship? He won't deserve a ring when the Jazz win it all this year

Jazz can add another player, but that player would not be eligible to play in any of Utah's 4 playoff losses.

If the player was a FA before the March 1st deadline than they can join any team and play in the playoffs. Only players that become FA's AFTER the deadline are ineligible to play in the playoffs.

Has to be tough to be a player in that position. Say what you want, but Raja was a competitor...and realizing his career is likely over can't be easy to accept.

While everyone here has been sitting on their *** this whole season, Roger has been getting paid 3.24 million for more-or-less the same thing. For some reason, I'm not feeling too bad for him.
