Alright… Now coaches and everyone can realize that we could still lose that game without a bunch of Conley and it’s still fun because we got to see a young new player.

Much is made of the blinders JC and Sexton have but I’m here to tell you THTs are so much worse. Simone was wide *** open a couple times and THT ain’t even thinking about the pass… he’s awful.

It is strange to be so focused on these early season results but nights like tonight are great. Three out of the 4 teams that we want to see lose lost tonight. Hopefully we have more nights when the jazz, wolves, sixers and nets lose. Those are going to be the great nights this year.

Regardless if you want them to tank or win you can't be mad at tonight's game.

With that said I really hope DA will deal a few of these guys (Gay and Beas?) and give those minutes to Fontecchio and Agbaji.

If they don't get lucky with the lottery balls this team could really use a 6'-8" guy that can handle and distribute. A prospect like Amen or Black could potentially make a world of difference for this group.

I would have liked to have seen Lauri with more points, but eh. . .

His b2b games espec. after travel have been all his career quite hard. I don't know how he could on becoming summer to train better so his shot technique won't break down with these. Good news is: last season it got bit better in the second part of the season. His 3pt also struggled last season for the first part, but he was shooting almost 40% from deep in 2022 for Cavs. Overall he was more active in the offense I am used to with his b2b games. So it is a step forward with this matter too.

It was good to see Hardy open up the rotation and for Fontecchio to have a nice game. I thought Beasley had one of his better games. Sexton is crazy fast, but out of control. I think his body moves faster than his brain can process sometimes.

Kessler had his first bad game. Gay was awful. NAW continues to be unimpressive. THT with a little bit of everything, good and bad. Everyone else looked like they didn't have their legs, just fatigue.

Losses don't feel soul crushing this year. So that's nice.
