Yeah, he was only 5-8 with 14 points in 17 minutes. That's really not good enough at all!
 
Great game, even with the loss.

Teams never shoot as good as Portland shot. Freak hot streak. Very impressive comeback.

Awful officiating as well.

Honestly, I just want to fast forward to the moment where Utah is starting Burks/Hayward/Favors/Kanter.
 
On a side note, Kanter has been fouling at a much lesser rate this preseason (1,29 per game in 20,7 mins) than last one and the regular season.
 
Wish we had Lillard. He was ours until his stock shot up at the end and we got hosed out of two picks.

My point exactly. I really liked what I saw out of Lillard last night but, what if we had traded Kanter? He got about 100 times better over the offseason. What about Burks? He is looking as delicious (no homo) as ever. I know that Hayward and Favors were not options.

Portland would have wanted a young guy plus a pick and might have even asked for a salary dump.

Well, I'm talking more about how his stock rose than I am about us making a trade. In any case, I'd trade Burks, the GSW pick and anything not named Favors, Kanter and Hayward.

In fairness, I'd consider Hayward or Burks, but not sure. It may be more prudent to keep them, the GS pick, and pick up a Bledsoe in FA.

This is more of what I was thinking as well. It is too early to give up on Burks or Hayward for Lillard who so far has looked good but we are still talking about preseason and Lillard is getting all the chances possible to succeed.

I think that is a little high but it is fair. I would like to see it closer to the 3/19 range. I would guess that the Clippers would match that though.
