How do you not understand that changing markets would bring in another wave of negative PR vs staying where he has already had that wave of bad PR?

Sir, again, how do you not understand the concept. He goes to a new market, a whole new slew of media/fans will interact with him, write stories on him vs just staying where everyone knows him and has already gone through the cycle of commenting on him/his situation.

Local sports media market will kiss up to him seeing as he’s the new kid and it will be minimal assuming he delivers on the court. IMO you might get something from local none sports media but it’s not like it’s going to cause him to develop an eating disorder or anything. It’s probably the last thing on his mind.
You might be right it's something he wouldnt care too much about, but it's going to be a thing that happens. Of course local media connected to the Jazz will do their best to gloss over it, but writers like Andy Larsen/Sarah Todd would write about it and what it means.

Why would a couple beat writers writing Scathing articles even give him a second pause? I’m not defending and I don’t want the jazz to go afte him just putting myself in his shoes.
The worst seems over, he’s been through it, the rest seems inconsequential to me.
Any backlash he received due to going to a new team wouldn’t last long anyways.

I thought I saw they are targeting Kolek, who I guess would be around at 29 (but who knows).
Not that I'm some genius or anything, but this is exactly what I did when I represented Phoenix in our last Mock Draft. Speaking of which, should we do another one sometime before the draft?

Yeah but they want to leave some of it open to negotiate an extension with Lauri. I'm not a cap person at all so I have no idea on any specific numbers for anything.

I'm fairly certain we could create the room if we needed it. We aren't all that far off. I suspect, however, Philly is on the phone right now.
That would probably be the nail in the coffin for me. I watched one game last year and have no idea what they’re doing right now.
I think it’s 50/50 he’s there at #29. Kinda want the extra pick on a flier. IDK.
I would do that for Dadiet but I have a feeling his floor is Toronto at 19.
