OFFICIAL Big Enes Injury Update/Watch Thread

well, no injury is good for future ability to stand up to the stress in a physical game like BB. His negotiating position for future moves is now "damaged goods". I don't know the thinking, stats and facts that bear on how and when to start playing him again. I could argue that if he had not been benched pretty much this might not have happened. Now we gotta let him stand around like Al. And hope Al doesn't.

I think Al Jefferson injured his ACL defending the rim. And now......

With the love of playing basketball and being a JAZZman, he'll play today against portland, 0 minutes or not, he'll wear the uniform which show us the proud of being a JAZZfan

GO JAZZ GO

Last night I saw Enes in a game in my dream. His arm dislocated suddenly again and this time he put it back in the slot himself and he had a little pain look in his face then relief after putting it back.

Jazz are destined for the Playoffs now. Kobe with a bone spur. I expect him to play through it but I think it really dampens his ability to move effectively.

Wow it looks like the end of the Kobe's career doesn't it. He's coming back next year, but he's pretty done being the star he once was.

His team, and career are in the twilight. Good riddance

From what I've seen they have him resting his shoulder and arm in a sling ... figure this is just for precaution.. and that will go on for the next week to week and a half or so as needed .. then you figure they will need to re-elvauate and decide his next step ... if everything looks solid and tight and he is pain free...... you figure rest and workout for one more week ... then practice a few times and give it a go in the playoffs

David Locke already said on Sportsbeat that he would be surprised to see Kanter back this season.
