Official NJ Nets Watch

This game makes you appreciate why Sloan insists on fighting screens, not switching all the time. Nets switch all the time and it results in mismatches a lot of times (Bargnani shooting over Gaines, a quicker wing blowing past a big).

Holy damn. Nets choked away a 7 point lead to 2. Farmar turnover, now the Raptors have the ball, down 2, 36.5 left.

Bargnani is such a smart player.

LOL. What a chump, that guy is. I like how they went to him FOUR freaking times to tie or take the lead in the various OTs and each and every time he failed. Just terrible. He's the Craptors' version of Bruiser apparently, in that he has offensive game, but no defense whatsoever. At least Bruiser would have had a better % with those four attempts to win or tie. The guy blows. Funny to see other Craptor players' reactions after his pathetic attempt at the end there.

Agreed. He's a worthless player.

Watched the 4th, 1st OT, 2nd OT, and 3rd OT..Raptors problem is they were playing not to lose, well sure enough they lost. they had their fair share of opportunities, now they have a long flight back home to think about it.

What inspired you to make that grand prediction? 2 wins vs the Craptors?

You mean besides that Brook Lopez is starting to look like the player he was supposed to be all season and wasn't because he's gelling with their new prize acquisition who also is starting to look the part of the player they were hoping to acquire? And having, what, their first win streak of the season and against a team in position to knock the Nets down a slot but the complete opposite happened? And that this probably makes the morale within the organization top to bottom better? I have no idea. A hunch I guess.

Again, 2 games, Craptors.
