I don't act like that because I'm a grown up. I like to compliment people. I challenge you to find any instance of me starting **** on the board unless it's with Cy or maybe one other poster who feels the need to treat people like ****.

I'm not a fanboy. I love our team. Love each player. Love our coach. Love this forum. But I'm not going to let that sway my opinion in order to fit in.
 
Sorry, but I'm just not all that scared of a team that just let the Memphis Grizzlies drop 120 on them. The difference between the defense we faced last night and what we will get from OKC is night and day. People freaking out over last nights game need to get a grip.
 
The Jazz *can* win this, but the margin of error is very small. If PG13 and WBrook hit contested 28-ft 3-pointers, then hat's off to them. I believe in the Jazz's defense for sure, but they're going to have to find a way to score the ball. Rubio going to have to shoot well. Ingles and Crowder are going to need to shoot well. But someone else needs to step up and make plays on offense. Maybe Royce O'Neale surprises. Maybe Alec Burks has a good game or two.

One potential hero for the Jazz is Derrick Favors, if he goes beast mode.

Derrick Favors was absolutely tremendous against the Clippers last year, and I think he could beast against this OKC team. I agree that he could be the X Factor in deciding this series.

Not really sure I'm taking it too seriously. Making fun of someone in jest is fine, but I feel like these crass attacks bring down the level of the board.

And I'm happy to be the foil. You guys can talk **** on me all-day long when the Jazz crush the Thunder.

Tell you what, in order to appease the Jazz gods for my heresy I will take on a new board name if the Jazz win. And I absolutely believe they can win.

Nevertheless, I will lay myself on the mantle of Karl Malone's fireplace for the ritual sacrifice of my name for any name Siro would like to give me, or the board can choose. I'll gladly live with it for a year for the thought that the Jazz could lose having entered my mind.

I have no problem letting those two shoot contested 28 footers for the series. A game or two, sure. But a best of seven?

For sure. Westbrook and PG13 are going to have to be dominant offensively for OKC. Look how great Lillard and McCollum were offensively for Portland last night. Can Rus and PG really match that kind of production?
