I have high expectations for Turner and Oubre. I don't care about top tier players like Towns or Russell, they may well be fantastic pros, but they won't be playing for the Jazz. My fear is that both Turner and Oubre will be gone by twelve but I'll go with Oubre anyway, at least there's a chance he will still be available. I think Payne will have a great career as well but no chance the Jazz draft him even if he's available.

Oubre could be a runaway home run pick that's for sure.
