But with all that flexibillity they COULD have done something, if they really wanted. Ya see the Jazz are kind of like a horder, they always believe that their stuff is going to be more valuable in 4 months.

Yup. The best examples are AK, Boozer, the NY pick (although that is turning out ok), and the GS pick.

Now, we have a ton of FA's, will have a ton of cap room, and there aren't any FA's to spend the money on. At this point, it would be better for that Jazz to take on a bad contract with a couple of years for a promising young player then to let everyone walk and bring in another Howard/Williams or resign Foye for more than they are worth.

Crazy....
 
Also, why is it there are no trades that make Utah better, but Houston, Toronto and others keep making trades that make them better with less valuable pieces?
 
There Are obviously good trades to be had. Morey makes one after another. I like the analogy of old man Conner being a hoarder. I think it makes perfect sense.
 
The Kings are the dumbest franchise in the NBA. They just traded a #5 pick in his rookie year.....for trash. Wow.

Thee, do you happen to work for the Jazz? That line sounds alot like the line the Jazz radio personalities were spinning the summer the jazz lost boozer and Mathews.

It is interesting statement, first because it is true, things could be worse. But it really doesn't build alot of confidence or inspire anyone.

Since they are not Utah sure. I want mediocrity for every team but Utah. 1 team down, 28 to go...
 
As if getting Bledsoe somehow makes us less-mediocre. We would be trading the better one or two players for the lesser one in hopes that he's somehow our next D-Will. That is not a trade that makes us immediately better. So, yeah

no, just get tired people spinning the lack of a trade to the jazz sitting on their hands as if they know the daily activities of jazz brass. For all we know the Clippers are overvaluing Bledsoe, such as asking for Burks as well as Millsap. I want this trade as much as anyone, and will be disappointed if it doesn't happen.

I have been saying this for months. The best thing the Jazz can do with their cap space is to facilitate money-saving deals and get additional assets as compensation (as usual for the Jazz).
 
I'm debating if I should leave my computer and go to the gym and come back after the deadline is over, or to sit on Jazzfanz and hit refresh every minute.

Unless you're spending a LONG *** time at the gym you can go and make it back with at least an hour and a half to spare.
