I read a terrifing tweet late last night....some guy saying, yes, there is lots of talk but the GM's involved are overvaluing thier players. Made me think of 10-cents on the dollar O'Connor.

I could imagine hearing him tell Petrie "yes, we like Robinson and Garcia but we need some picks too because we're offering you an almost one -time all star who is going to walk away at the end of this season."

Rumors of Clippers and Celtics talking once again, I think this is good for us. We're the middle ground between standing pat and giving up too many assets.

2 hours is probably a bit much, but yeah, there are often several deals that don't get reported on until after the deadline. Those GMs are so inconsiderate. They should factor in the amount of time it will take to alert the media so that they can do that before calling the league office.

It is very common for trades to get announced an hour or so after the deadline as trades have to get approved by the NBA office which closes 2 hours after the trade deadline.

I haven't seen the kid play for one minute. If he had more potential than Carroll then I'd consider (especially with a Carroll payday coming up). Of course none of the other three.
