What I hate most about Exum's injury is that it puts Burke back into the starting lineup, which screws with the chemistry of the other four. I hope Burke made great strides in his game over the summer; otherwise, we will struggle to make .500 unless one of the other pg's step up.
 
Some of you guys are already in mid-season form with the comments about the supposed drama between Hayward and Burke. ;)
 
I am excited that the season is starting it will be nice to see how players have improved. I don't care if it is preseason I want the Jazz to destroy the Lakers.

Just saying I think Neto is going to be the starter by the end of the year based on Hayward's comments on his ability to run the team. Really excited to see the PG battle in the pre-season. Burke better not let D'Angelo Russell, a rookie, show him up in these upcoming Laker's games (assuming he is the starting PG).

I'm way excited for pre season.
I get way excited for summer league though too..... And scrimmages.
Maybe something is wrong with me

Well if there is something wrong with you then I have the same problem. I get excited to watch anything that is Jazz basketball related

Apparently it's a virus that you catch through your computer by visiting JazzFanz. Or maybe I have cause and effect mixed up. Not sure.
 
Not the right thread, but Orlando apparently wants to trade Channing Frye. That's got to tempt Quin and Dennis a little depending on asking price and how guys are looking in camp.

does Channing Frye tempt anyone anymore? I think those Phoenix days are well behind him. Can he defend? No. Can he rebound?

I don't like it. I'd rather see what we have in Trey Lyles.
 
Snyder is on record as saying he approached Kobe today and asked him to talk to him tomorrow after the game for his thoughts on what the Jazz are doing offensively.
