Offseason Random Twitter Comments about Jazz Players

Stoked = the bee's knees, not sure why Torbz obsesses over negrepping him. I can think of many other posters who are far more deserving of a similar torment.

Because I mock him. Truth be told I actually have no problem with CY.

Having said that: Cry Cy, cry for me.

Edit: You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to dalamon again.

Lang Greene (from HoopsWorld): Utah Jazz forward Paul Millsap is extremely pleased with the team's acquisitions this summer. Article coming tomorrow morning.

EDIT: I started a thread about the article because I'm a post whore.

Probably one of Cyrone's most embarrassing displays of playing Devil's Advocate in a very long time. What do you think he would say about CJ? Get real buddy. I guarantee you he'd never refer to CJ as "not a great shooter", despite his stats being worse than Gordons.

DW has in the past criticize CJ for his effort and his poor defense. I can't believe I am saying this but I agree with CT on this one. DW's haters nick-pick anything he says and turn it into this conspiracy about how evil DW is. There only evidence is that one time DW immaturely got frustrated and threw the ball at poor little Gordon. I wouldn't say that is enough to conclude that DW hates Gordon Hayward, but some how DW haters do.

Unfortunately for DW haters, it doesn't change the truthfulness of his comments. What he said is absolutely true. It is hilarious many of you are bashing Gordon, have you forgotten the reaction of most Jazz fan's when Gordon was drafted. I am sure if you pulled up game day chat sessions during the SA series I am sure there would be much harsher things written about Gordon than this comment from DW.

It all stems from the hurt feelings when DW left, now we treat Gordon as some saint that is perfect and should never be evaluated or criticize. Gordon is NOT a great shooter now or in the past. Could he become one yea! but what DW said is absolutely the true. I think many of your Jazz googles are fogged up with displaced anger towards leaving.

I think this pretty well summarizes it. I think some people are reading far too much into D-Will's comment. Perhaps he meant it as a slam on Gordon, perhaps it reflected his lingering dislike of Gordon and Jazz, or perhaps it was simply an honest, agenda-free response to a question. In any case, I think it was an accurate comment (as much as I like Gordon). One thing it wasn't was a self-evident slam on Gordon. I think there's plenty of room for interpretation, but it's clear that some here are pre-disposed to interpret it in the most negative way.

Oh I forgot how common it is for players on the same team to attack one another on the court. I mean, doesnt everyone hurl balls at their teamates?

No, it is considered impolite to call out your teammate on the court. Everyone knows the proper way to handle a problem is to wait until you're both in the locker room.

Then you reach for your guns.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to MoTown16 again. BTW, even though it was wrong of Deron to hurl the ball at Hayward, does anyone else think it was kind of funny?

Nice to hear that Mo is out golfing with Ty. Ty and Harris never really appeared to be on the same page to me.
Thanks for the tweet update.

Sounds like those 3 are pretty tight.
Millsap + Burks for Ellis?

Normally might not consider this, but I'm thinking Millsap is going to want $13-14M and we'll lose him anyway. Ellis has 2 years remaining on his contract.
