The one thing that will frustrate me this trade season if the jazz don't make a push to get Terrance Jones and give him all of Diaws minutes. (Hell Lyles also)

Cut Mack because diaw seems to be gobert's friend. Want to keep him happy but Jones is going to do a lot more for us in the playoffs

Terrence Jones, hell no. Diaw gives us stuff. Sometimes he gives us some ****ty stuff, but his presence is immense. Terrence Jones is not a fit, Diaw is. Even if Diaw is playing ****ty, he at least plays ****ty within the offense and helps other players be better.

At what exactly? What does Jones really add to this team that we dont already have? He just isnt that good and he doesnt have the intangibles that Diaw does. Hopefully Lyles gets another shot soometime before the season ends and he can step up. I will never understand the obsession with Terrence freaking Jones.
 
Jones asked to be cut to find a team he could get good minutes on. Don`t think he`d be very happy playing behdind Favors here.
 
Don't want Jones whilst Diaw is bloody awful and should the last player to come of the bench for us. Either give his minutes at the four to Lyles or Bolomboy or give minutes to Withey with either Favors or Johnson playing the four with him.

One thing is for certain and that Diaw is absolutely useless on defense whilst our offense runs better with him off the court.
 
I'd be fine standing pat if we started playing Bolomboy 15-18 minutes a night and used him as a 5. But we won't.
 
I like Bogut better than Jones. Don't care to see Diaw either. Think he might fall out of the rotation in the playoffs if the Jazz go small with JJ at the 4.

That really isnt certain at all. If you look at some of our best 5 man lineups, Diaw is in a lot of them.

They can spin it that way, but the kid sucks. He could have stepped up before the whole Cousins trade and been a more important piece on that team, but Dante Cunningham was the better player. I just fail to see what he really adds. He is like a poor man's version of Favors without the defensive capabilities. And dont give me the 3pt shooting **** because he is a piss poor 3pt shooter.

****ing thank you!! I don't understand jazzfanz obsession with this dude. I tried to rep, and even though the last time I repped u was in July, it's telling me I have to spread the rep before I rep cy. Weird.

He asked to be let go because he doesn't get playing time with the god awful Pels. Let that sink in. He's fluff who gives fluff to his team. Diaw may not look the part of a player basketball fans look for in a player, but he at least contributes something to his team unlike jones. Terrible thread.

I'm not a fan of bringing in Terrance Jones. He's had issues off the court and I don't see how he'd fit on the court. Lyles is the better stretch four. I'd rather keep playing him and get him experience than rent Jones. I wasn't a fan of bringing in Diaw when we did either. I thought we needed a bigger bodied 4/5 off the bench next to Lyles. But I'd still rather have Diaw than Jones. At least he brings experience in the playoffs.
