What's new

One player. One aspect of their game you want improved.

Simple (but maybe not specific enough. If not, then just let me know and I will change it)

Exum: better offensively
Gobert: better offensively

That's it really.

Everyone else is at least passable at most everything.

Hood - consistency
Hayward - handle
Exum - penetration
Lyles - defence
Favors - jumpshot
Rudy - catching passes
Burks - catch-and-shoot rate/percentages
Hill - p&r game
Joe - number of attempts from 3
Neto - strength/confidence

Hood - consistency
Hayward - handle
Exum - penetration
Lyles - defence
Favors - jumpshot
Rudy - catching passes
Burks - catch-and-shoot rate/percentages
Hill - p&r game
Joe - number of attempts from 3
Neto - strength/confidence

Should probably change Burks one. Iirc I have seen numbers posted showing that Burks is great in catch and shoot (over 40% from three.... Hayward was like 36% for comparison)
Should probably change Burks to better health, or defense, or bbiq or something.

Gobert - hands
Favors - FT shooting
Exum - Assertiveness
Lyles - 3 point shot

Canada must be last in reading comprehension.

Exum: more assists, rebounds, points, free throw attempts, better three point shooting %, field goal shooting %, free throw shooting %, less turnovers. Lol.

Gobert: less turnovers, better hands, better free throw percentage, hook shot, mid range and closer shot, more free throw attempts (assuming his free throw percentage goes up).

Ya, basically better offense from those two.

Hood: get to the line more
Burks: don't lose your man on defense so often when ball watching. bbiq
Hayward: better field goal and three point %
Favors: more passion, energy, better motor
Lyles: strength and defense

That's why I threw "rate" in there-- his percentages don't matter if he's making 0.8 3s a game.

He needs to keep the percentages while draining 2 3s a game. With hood, Hill, and Haywars penetrating he's gonna get open looks all game long. That's an absolutely NECESARRY addition to his game. If he doesn't become a huge three point threat with Utah, his career will suffer

He just needs to make quicker decisions. When he passes up that three to dribble or take a step in two I want to kill myself.

He just needs to simplify... if you can get the three friggin take it... first option everytime. If not then pump and go. Lyles is great at this although I'd love to see him take it more often too... he at least does something quickly off the close out.

I love AB Doe... think if he figured things out upstairs and was healthy could be a BAWSE!

Rudy better off the catch... including the alley oop

Lyles turns into Draymond defensively. Great at switching and influences rim shots even if not blocking them.

Exum on offense would be great, but there is too much to pick one thing specifically. I watched every NBA game he played and can't tell you if he will be good on that end.

There really isn't a wing at his level of money that could offer us what he COULD offer.

I'm not too worried about his defence-- effort should be enough if you're a backup wing playing 25min a game. He isn't a complete pylon out there.

I'm more worried about him supplying this team's intense need for three-point shooting. Joe ****ing Ingles was our most dangerous threat as the season stretched (he had a couple of dope 3rd quarters, mind you). We need that from Alec.

Do u want ingles to shoot more or less three's. Think about your answer. The wrong one will get u negged the right one, positive.

Exactly and he is relatively cheap. I just see him out there and there is a lot he could do and I think the processing time is too much. For now, shoot the three when it's there... If they close to hard then blow by them. I just see pieces of things he can do and he hasn't been healthy enough to put it all together.
