In case anyone wants to watch and record the games on KJZZ and isn't sure how to do it, here is what I'm doing. I don't have cable so the only way I can see KJZZ is to watch on an antenna. I also don't have a DVR.
I bought a SiliconDust HDHomeRun Duo Flex ($109) and a 1 TB USB drive (~$30, I probably could've been fine with less storage):
Amazon product ASIN B092KM482VView: https://www.amazon.com/SiliconDust-HDHomeRun-Flex-ATSC-Tuners/dp/B092KM482V
I plugged it into my antenna and router. Then I added the HDHomeRun app (free) to my RokuTV and I found a similar app for my Mac laptop and iPhone. The app automatically found the Duo Flex. Then I could immediately start watching live antenna TV on all of those devices.
In order to schedule recordings of the games, I followed these instructions:
info.hdhomerun.com
The subscription service is $35 annually.
So it all cost less than $200 and it was pretty easy to setup. It has the additional benefit that I can watch antenna TV on some of my other devices... which is kinda cool I guess LOL?
I saw a post from someone else about running a Plex server (in addition to the HDHomeRun), but it doesn't seem like that is necessary.
