I've been there a couple of times was thinking of doing a 4 month road trip through the US at the end of 2018/start of 2019 but I've changed my mind. Was gonna spend a bit of time in Vegas then drive to Salt Lake to watch a couple of Jazz games.

I just googled that, what a swinging hotspot... Reminds me of Villazon on the Argentine/Bolivian border, the sort of town where you feel like the opportunity to be part of some wolf creek slasher film is only just around the corner.

Villazon was one of the most god awful places I've been to in my life, looking at photos Wendover some ugly memories came rushing back. Two days spent on buses to end up at a south American check point Charlie, Scandinavian beauties discarded, for the privilege of having guns pointed at us by men demanding our "papers". Spent the following six hours sitting in the shed that they call a train station, eating spam out of a can, looking at my mate thinking I left a cute blonde to sit here in this filth with you. It was a low point in our friendship.

back to the game at hand, Patty Mills is playing some great ball I look forward to watching him, LMA being out is big for San An but I reckon green is pretty overrated. Manu probably isn't injured, he's likely lost and can't find his way back to the team hotel, poor old fella.

This pretty much describes my last trip to Wendover, locally referred to as Bendover.
