Parker is not a tweener. He is a SF all the way. He just has enough skills to go into the post, and is big/strong enough to defend PF. Tweeners don't have the range, shooting ability, ball handling or athleticism of a wing player. They are stuck at PF, but don't have the size to dominate on either end of the floor from there.
Parker is gona be a marvin williams esque bust.

He is not perhaps a SF, or maybe a SF...he's a SF. He can play some PF situationally, but I wouldn't really care to see it that much. He's a SF all the way.
