Zombie: I'm super on board for the tank. Not sure what this team would have to gain by being a sacrificial lamb for the Spurs Rockets or Warriors anyway
Ellipse: If DM would have had a normal game, we could have won, but that doesn't excuse Hood's 2 points in 32 minutes.
str8line: Ingles only 3-7. He's had that stat so many times.

In the first half Donovan set up some good shots for guys who didn’t knock them down. He set them up 5 or 6 times with wide open shots and no one could nock them down. Of course he had his shooting issues tonight as well shooting 3/11, but he at least tries on defense and competes the entire time he is out there. If I were the Jazz I’d unload Hood and Favors. I like Hood, but he is either hot or absolutly terrible. It is true they weren’t blowing the whistle for him tonight but it seemed like it was going on on both ends of the floor.

.....another thing to take from tonight.....Rudy Gobert is vitally important to this team. The defense is absolutly atrocious at times. I’d also say, Joe Ingles needs to play less minutes. He is a good roll player to come in and knock down some shots but to ask him to do as much as he currently has to is just setting him up to fail. Rubio played decent tonight and he does seem to play hard, but the fact he can’t shoot is a real burden, especially on a night Hood bricks everything.

not all rubio's fault there. Pelicans exploited the lineup and knew they got JJ or rubio. just switched a big on rubio and that was it.
 
If DC would have stayed out after breaking his ankle we might have had a chance. Still can't believe he played after that.
 
i think we seriously fall into the top 5 range soon.

the schedule doesn't get any better. we got 4 road games coming up.

Hood was garbage tonight. Ingles was fine.

Thabo should have played. I know we are alternating guys to keep them fresh but Jonas wasn’t the answer. Can’t imagine Thabo would been worse than Jonas or Joe on Davis.

Joe Jesus was resurrected, but he can’t guard anyone anymore.

AB was okay then he goes a little off the handle and tries to make something happen on a 1 on 4 break... AB just has no depth to his game. It’s too bad.

Ricky was really good tonight. Lots of deflections only one really bad pass. Good job Ricky.

DM didn’t look quite right tonight I’ll agree, and the refs were letting a lot go tonight on both ends.

We would have lost by 20 if he stayed in the locker room. He makes so many ****** plays and is so mentally fragile. So incredibly talented and no team he is on will win more than 50 games.

I’ll bet they lose 6-8 points a night cuz that guy would rather bitch at refs than get back on defense.

I thought we got a pretty good whistle... that AD foul was trash though and the ref was like a foot away from the play... just a joke.
 
DM wasn’t great tonight. He does a little end of game stat padding... I’m cool with it doe.
 
Hopefully Mitchell's wrist/arm is okay tomorrow. He was shaking and holding that wrist area for a few plays.
