Pertaining to Jazz getting into the 1st round

I wasn't intending to reprimand, just to explain.

If it was a decision between trading Millsap or Jefferson then it is Jefferson all the way.

Getting a draft pick is a priority in my opinion. If trading Millsap means getting into the top 10 then I seriously look at that. If all Jefferson can bring back is a bad contract and a late first rounder I consider that only after I know what I can get from Millsap.

The obsession with getting a draft pick at all cost is unsettling.

To me it is finding the right fit. Is there a player is this years draft that will help the Jazz be a better team than what (enter a players name here) can do for the team? My belief is that there is, and if there is you have an obligation to see if that is obtainable.

Trading a proven double double player with a very nice contract like Millsap for a draft pick is insane. We aren't getting Lebron James for Paul Millsap folks.

None of the top 5-8 teams are going to trade their picks. And really, those are the players that can REALLY help us. Damien Lillard might slip out of the top 5. Yet, even he's hardly a CAN'T MISS player. Folks are talking about him as if he's some kind of Drose Savior. In reality, he's probably going to end up being like Knight (to the Pistons). Meh. I wouldn't hate him on my team. But he's definitely not giving up Millsap.

Think Less Anthony Davis or Harrison Barnes and think more along the lines of Tyler Zeller (probably will never be half as good as Millsa) or Austin Rivers (Meh. A SG in a PGs body come a dime a dozen. Probably can find a similar player in the 2nd round). Getting a guy like that for Millsap isn't maximizing Millsap's value at all.

Furthermore, it really doesn't matter who we draft. You once again conveniently "forget" the fact that as long as Black Hole is playing.

John Stockton in his prime couldn't average double figure assists and get this offense on its feet with Big Al posting up, wasting the shot clock, and chucking up his weezy over 3 defenders. He's a highly inefficient offensive player. No ifs ands or buts. Deron Williams couldn't even make the guy look good. Our offense sucked despite having one of the best PGs in the game running our offense.

Getting rid of Big Al should be this team's #1 priority. Only then can we proceed in truly improving this team.

Thanks for losing most of the absurd rhetoric.
