Every body who plays against Ingles hates him. That said every body who plays with him should love playing with him. He makes guys around him better while pissing off the opponent. That is a valuable skill.

One of the players said as much during summer camp, but in a friendly way. Something about how he constantly talks and says the oddest things, and how if he couldn't stand it at times he didnt know how opposing teams could.
Dude is pro at getting into heads.

PG would fit here from a basketball perspective. Xs and Os. From a financial, fan, outside perspective, all external factors, I just don't like it.
I absolutely love the idea of building a franchise around Donovan Mitchell. He is THE face of the franchise going forward. I think bringing in PG year 2 might be a distraction when all the appreciation and focus should be on our young star.

My thought if you open up the bank and it results in say 10 more wins, our young star would also be enjoying himself.
Isn't PG one of the two that convinced DM to stay in the draft, and a pretty good friend to him? Is there a chance DM convinces PG and the front office to come to an agreement?

If we could let Favors walk for nothing, let Jerekbo and Udoh go and dump Burks for nothing so that we can afford Paul George, then I'm all for it. Pretty risky though....

Favors is probably gone regardless. Jerekbo, Udoh and Burks are GLeague all stars at best. They are nice competent pieces but there is an entire league of players with close to their abilities.
lol. If we can get Leonard for Exum + Exum's potential, that would be amazing even if Leonard is hurt for the rest of his life. Just the fact that Jazz Fans won't be able to say we never get a big star to come here would be worth it.

Paul George to Utah is a crazier idea than 99% of my trade ideas.
So if this thread is to believed, Paul George is going to pick Utah over home (LA) or his current team he recently went on record saying he's happy with (OKC)? And we are going to dump/lose Favors, Exum, Jerekbo, Udoh, Thabo, Burks and our 1st rounder (probably what it will take to dump Burks) for Paul George?
I'm just making sure I'm getting this right. Of course I am assuming we would have to give him a max deal fitting a guy with his years in the league so that's why we have to lose all of the above.
