Simple. My mom's clam chowder. Cannot be beat. My daughter, who hates all seafood loves grandma's clam chowder. I took it to a potluck at work one day and they wondered where I bought it and wouldn't believe my mom made it. It was the only dish emptied at the potluck. On halloween one year we gave out little cups of her clam chowder, and we had many people return and one guy offered to buy what we had left at a pretty penny. Word got around and the 5 gallons she made were gone before 8:00 pm, yet people still came by, often hoping for seconds. Yep, that's it for me.
