Are we all just gonna pretend like #n9 never happened???
dat jazzfanz.com mobile app doe
I'm gonna have to buy a vowel.
Where you graduate.... Assuming you graduated??!??!?
I graduated Dixie High, then graduated with an Associates as a Dixie College REBEL (Red Storm my ***.) Went to BYU returning to SG during the summers to work as a framer until I graduated. Since I needed a real job (that wasn't done in 115 degree heat), I wasn't able to return.
I don't want to exaggerate when I say this, but I genuinely believe this to be the best post I have ever seen on Jazzfanz.
I'm not going to share the details of my conversations, here, over the past 24 hours (will with Zulu because he was helpful in getting some info), but I've learned a lot. I now place the odds of pulling this off as pretty low.
I have learned from the FO that before a deal could be fully consummated with the Jazz org, a deal would have to be made with the dleague for an expansion team. I thought I could maybe bypass some of this by buying the Flash but it has already been purchased by another team.
I do see a sizeable opportunity in all of this.. but it's a little outside my comfort zone for the size of required investment considering it's not inside my sphere of expertise. I'm not at all risk adverse, as long as I know the venture better than anyone.. this doesn't fit.
I am however going to continue on this little journey and see where it goes..
Interesting....
I Am curious to hear what you found out, PM or text me sometime!!
I talked to Ms. Dangerfield and got no respect, no respect I'm telling you.
Fixed for fighting words. When I asked Ms. Dangerfield if the Jazz would be interested in doing business with me she said I was crazy. I said I wanted a second opinion. She told me I was ugli, too!
Will do. I first spoke with a Becky Dangerfield and went through a screening of sorts.. and then got a call from KOC. He told me they're aggressively looking to add a team and St. George is the target but there's cuurently no dleague team available for a reasonable price that makes it feasible. More deets later.
So was KOC indicating that the jazz were looking to purchase a team, instead of looking for a DLeague owner to go exclusive??
