But there will have to be expansion if the NBA goes through with it's plans to require exclusive agreements. There are what, 17 existing franchises? That means 13 will have to be added.
 
So technically you'd have to apply for an expansion DLeague team, then convince the jazz to partner with you?!?!

So in case you'd be owner of a DLeague franchise associated with an NBA team you would be no longer allowed to meet with the Calipari crew w/o risking NBA or NCAA punishments? If my memory doesn't trick me it's not allowed for NBA officials to get in touch with college players.

Rarely.

I built and sold a few companies eons ago.
I've just been doing real estate developments, design, and construction of about 150 communities since then.

Now I am pretty quiet/laid back and doing the Entrada development in St. George.. still dabbling in some hedge funds, but nothing major.
