Playoffs 2018 Thread

Listening to media over the past few days and how they have all already crowned the GSWs, talking about sweeps etc really makes me think Lebron is going to win this series. I have no idea how he'll do it but at 8/1 odds im throwin a few hundgey down.

Prediction:
* GSWs get sucked into iso ball
* Smith, Love and co shoot lights out
* No one can stop Lebron
* Cavs win in 6
* KD or Kerr or Both leaves GS

This has been my gut feeling too.

Draymond could miss a game due to too many T’s too, right?

Not a chance in hell it will happen. Better save those couple hundred. GSW in 4, maybe in 5 like last year if they get bored and relaxed after being 3-0 after first 3 games. Last years Cavs were much better than this year trash collection.
 
I think GSW can sweep easily, but does anybody trust them to sweep anyone? They play uninspired basketball a lot. I think they’ll give a Cavs a game, maybe even two, to make things seem more interesting.
Dubs will probably come out and dominate the first game just to get a measure for how hard the have to play to win the series.

Pretty sure he's one of the Exum worshippers who think the Jazz held him back. I'm pretty sure he also wrote extensively about how much the Jazz suck, and how lucky they were to get as far as they did. That makes him an idiot. Altho i could be wrong, since the Exum crowd all sound the same.

Woah dude, pump the brakes.

Exum fan/defender sure but Im as critical of him as I am on anyone else.
As far as the team stuff thats just #fakenews, although Ive been critical of everyone (except DM and DL) at times and often vent in gamethreads. This has been the most enjoyable year since Quins 1st season for me.


Also, as far as my GS v Cavs take. When I see the narrative and opinion swing so hard to one side in any contest, I have come to expect the upset.

So looks like the game will be close at the beginning and then GSW will run away with it in 3d quarter.
 
JR taking out Thompson may give somewhat realistic chance for Cavs. Hate that dirty prick.
 
So Cavs played as well as they probably can in this matchup and game is tied after half. I would be surprised if after 3d GSW is not leading by double digits.

Maybe the worst stretch of basketball I have ever seen from anyone. (Hyperbole, but damn he sucked.)

Lebron supporting cast is atrocious. They suck real bad. No way they win 30 games without Lebron.
