Nice to see the results of this poll. Clearly, this board is only half as stupid as I thought.

Oh god. It's the return of HotNICKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK randomly bolding words.

Only when I'm serious.

BTW do you keep a cue card on each posters or something? That or you've got a pretty good memory.

He may be a total bust; he may turn into an above average NBA player. In either case, he's not the future cornerstone of the franchise, but he is great trade bait. Jazz have enough pieces to pull of a legit trade for an experienced vet and fearless, crunch-time leader, without mortgaging the future. Go big...Trade Hayward, GS 1st pick, trade exception. Ignore the shallow thinkers, ie. Hantler!

It's not that hard to remember the only guy who bolds certain words for no reason in all his post. Also the guy who has more letters than need to spell his name.

Before the season I wanted Hayward to play sf it might be time to put him at sg. Also he does need more plays run threw him. In the second half this year or probably better to wait till next year play Burks at point brings the ball up with Hayward playing sg running the offense.

I thought he did this well last year vs the Lakers. This is what I thought would happen this year, but I guess not.

I don't think putting him at SG will cure all, but it will help. Either way, he needs to work on getting his shot off faster and while being contested.

Where's the trade option? What we need to do with every player who is in a slump is to trade them. Even Favors has sucked as of late; he's not hitting shots, he's lost his cool, etc. Trade them now so we can ensure getting the worst possible value for them.

Seriously, I think Gordon has lost all confidence in his shot. And when that happens, he's no good to the team. What do most "experts" say is the best way to get a guy out of a slump: you get him some easy buckets. Design some plays that get him to the hoop for a layup, then you have him shoot some short jumpers. If that doesn't work, he needs to come off the bench for a few games. Let him get some work against 2nd-tier players. And if that STILL doesn't work? Rest him for a game or two. Maybe part of the slump is related to fatigue. He didn't play this much last season. Not much training camp, few practices, more games in a shorter time span and more minutes per game. I think fatigue - physical and mental - will start to play a bigger factor from here on out. IMO, Ty needs to give all the players a game off every now and then.

We should trade Jefferson because he is a black hole.
We should trade Kanter because he can't finish at the rim and has no offensive game.
We should trade Favors because he will never live up to his potential.
We should trade Millsap because he's too short to play PF.
We should trade Jeremy Evans because all he can do is dunk.
We should trade Howard because he's too old.
We should trade CJ Miles because he is a chucker.
We should trade Hayward because he can't hit the broad side of a barn with his jumper.
We should trade Devin Harris because he can't hit a clutch shot or a clutch jumper
We should trade Earl Watson because he's not Stockton.
We should trade Alec Burks because he's out of control.
We should trade Raja Bell because he sucks...we'll I agree with this one.

Hayward's only strength right now is driving into the lane and dishing it out, or weaving a pass inside. If he is a 2 doesn't that become harder since quickers 2's will be able to stay in front of him?

Of course. If he were taking and making 3's his size would be an advantage, as it is, it's not.
