The Jazz were leading the league in defense coming into this game despite the great defense of Exum and Millsap not being out there. It was one game. McCollum and Lillard couldn't miss. Probably shouldn't jump to too many conclusions.People forget that Exum AND Millsap were a huge part of the defensive success at the end of the season last year. One's out and one isn't getting minutes (due to Burks addition) and suddenly we have Hayward as our really only respectable defender on the perimeter. We can't get into one-on-one, create your own shot games like this. That defensive identity we had last season went away this game.
If this were a game of football, and Lillard was a quarterback, he would have had 250 yards rushing and 250 yards passing using the same read option play. Over and over. And the jazz would been there, which ish dripping off their lashes all night.

Favors, Hood and Favors have all been really quiet.

3 > 1hard to say we shouldn't jump to conclusions while you quote a stat with an n of 3.
Mccollum sure would look nice on the jazz.
Me and ugli were all about cj in that trey burke draft
Playing against some of the worst offenses in the league. How many times did you see a team do that to us during that second-half of last season?
Damn bro. I'm sorry.$500 I lost. $500. I guess the kids will have to go hungry this week.
I thought the jazz should have just said **** it defensively and doubled lillard to get the ball out of his hands. When the screen comes just leave the screener and trap lillard every ****ing time. Leave some of the scrubs on their team open but force the ball away from lillard.
What a horrible night. Had real good seats, super excited for the game. Then the jazz lay an egg, I leave with 3 minutes left. Trax takes forever to arrive. Not going to get home till late and get no sleep for work early tomorrow. Didn't even being my usual bottle of southern comfort with me either so I watched that **** sober.

Denver,Indiana,Portland (twice),Minnesota,Lakers,Phoenix and Memphis are some of the teams that put up 100+ in the second half of last season. It happens.
Gotta think we wouldn't have Hood with CJ on the roster tho.
