These ‘both sides suck’ arguments annoy me sometimes. Did we learn nothing as a country? An egotistical maniac has his finger on the button. Do we have to keep playing both sides right now? Can we put a sensible human being in charge, who at the very least will attempt to do what’s best for the country and world? And then we can work on the smaller issues.

Agreed. I can't do a lot with my lack of funds and my constant working but a game night is something I can do.

I understand how RW could have taken it that way in the heat of the moment. I wouldnt take exception to anyone arguing his fine is excessive in that context. I wouldnt make it because the amount isnt that much to him and he did make an empty threat to kill someone.

I didnt read DM or Gobert statements but I imagine they made a typical tightrope statement meant to not overly take sides while standing up for virtuous ideals.

I see Utahans eager to prove they arent odd and backwoods, and this place is just like anywhere else. They're quick with apologetics and it somewhat reinforces the notions they think others have of them.

His policies on the wall, climate change, transsexuals in the military, Russian investigation, use of twitter, constant offensive words, “grab’em by the *****”... dudes a piece of ****. But that doesn’t mean he hasn’t done anything right.

Telling him to get on his knees is really bad, I hope westbrook can understand that it was just one fan and that his sexuality should never be brought up at basketball games because it has nothing to do with the game or his ability to be an NBA player. I hope he continues to dazzle the crowd with his amazing fashion sense and keep shining on the LGBT haters.

I would vote for the guy.
I went to this event/holiday in Payson Utah last year called onion days. Very small unimportant event. They do a parade down main Street and have a carnival type of thing.

And Mitt surprised everyone by walking along in the parade. Walking, not being chauffeured or anything. No body guards or anything. Just a normal dude attending a dumb little parade in Payson.

I grew up in Utah and have lived there off and on for most of my adult life, but please enlighten me how the state is.
