No one has really talked about trading Millsap. I think he could get us maybe a high draft pick like Favors or something along those lines. I would prefer to keep Milsap cause he put up 18 and 10 when Booz was hurt and is capable of getting 2 blocks a game. He may not have Booz offensive games but plays much better D and has more heart.
Possibility if some how Booz signs

I think Millsap and 9 would enable the Jazz to move up a few spots in the draft, but it's a HUGE risk because no one knows if Boozer will stay until AFTER the draft. Unless Millsap could net a Top 3 pick, it isn't worth the risk.
