https://imgur.com/ is a good place. Free and don't need an account. Even has Chrome/Firefox plugins.
to post them upload them first to imgur. Then click on the "Insert Image" button in the reply window. Paste the image address on Imgur in there. Profit!

Does anyone on here know how to make a gif? I have an incredible idea for one from a movie and it's bound to sweep the internet for its awesomeness. It's a great facial reaction shot from Coming to America. Prodigy, do you know how to do that stuff? Anyone?
