I think I posted a pic of a girl smacking another girls underwear clad bottom and got an infraction. I've seen similar go unpunished. I'm not whining, just saying it can be hard to tell.

That's usually a function of whether the post got reported or not. Could be that none of the mods noticed it, and that no one else active in the thread reported it. Once posts get reported, though, the moderating is very consistent in my opinion.
