Power Ranking: the top 10 players in the NBA

How do you explain the Spurs basically winning the Championship last year (but gave it away)? How are they dominating today still?

Cause they have the best coach in the NBA, an underrated Parker, great role players, in ADDITION to Timmy still being a very good player.

I don't care how many intangibles you have, when you're averaging similar numbers to Derrick Favors, you aren't a top 3 player in the league.

Alright, lets negotiate. Top5 player then.

Duncan ain't in the top ten anymore. Hack be trippin'

Well, where does he rank? Who are 15 players you think you would have a better chance at winning a game with today?

This.

Also this might be the very first time i have disagreed with hack on a player evaluation type of thing.

LeBron
Durant
George
Parker
Bosh
Melo
Lillard
Aldridge
Griffin
Dirk
Harden
Dragic
I feel I'd get endlessly negged if I didn't add Curry.
Ty Lawson
David West

I'm sure I forgot guys I feel contribute to winning and take over responsibility efficiently. A lot of guys are hurt(Westbrook, Rose, Horford, Gasol, Paul) and others I question their winning mentality(Love, Wall, Cousins). And there's others I think are 1 year away from being like really valuable in the fourth quarter(Irving, Davis).

I'm not saying that Duncan can't be elite on some occasions. D-Wade can be elite sometimes too when his knee isn't itching. But the guys I listed above I feel are more consistent right now.

While I wrote this I witnessed Paul Pierce being unable to free himself up on the perimeter against John Salmons. Man that guy should retire next summer and tell everybody he had an injury he kept secret which forces him to retire.

1. LeBron James
2. Kevin Durant
3. Chris Paul
4. Paul George
5. James Harden
6. LaMarcus Aldridge
7. Stephen Curry
8. Carmelo Anthony
9. DeMarcus Cousins
10. Kevin Love

I really want to see Cousins on a good team, and think he could be successful, but he's not a top 10 player.

Hmmmm. That was interesting. Spurs are killing the Jazz, Duncan sits the 4th, Jazz make a come back...

Maybe Du......nahhh.
