Predict Kanter's Playoffs Stats

People with a lot of failures in life like to root for others to fail so that they can feel better about their own problems. At the end of the day it didn't matter if OKC went to the playoffs or not because KD was ruled out and Serge wasn't likely coming back. They have an incomplete team unlike Pelicans who got their core healthy and playing good. Also GSW has an historically good team and was likely to sweep whoever was 8th seed. Now Sam Presti gets another lottery pick and the UTA pick is delayed for another year.

I just want to focus on the Jazz and the goodness that our players brough us this year. I wonder what would happen if Kanter came back next year and upped his defense over the summer.

I have more confidence that Gobert will up his offense than Kanter will up his defense. He will forever be a net negative on defense IMO. However in a recent interview I posted Kanter admitted that he needs to work on his defense and in particular pick and roll defense. Kanter is actually pretty athletic for a big man and has medicore wingspan. He has all the tools to be as good defensively as Nurkic or Omer Asik. If he learns a thing or two from Steven Adams and Collison he still has some hope. He is averaging 0.8 blocks last 10 games after averaging 0.4 before that with OKC. He is slowly improving but I don't think anyone can say that he doesn't have Zach Randolph potential.

Don't worry Dal. People with a lot of failures in life like to root for others to fail so that they can feel better about their own problems. Pray for him. Or blow something up for him. Whatever it is you people do.

I'm not a failure in life at all and I'm enjoying it a lot.

For one, the whole situation is hilarious. If you don't see the hilarity in it, I feel bad for you.

Two, there is something in human nature, even for successful people, that wants us to see some kind of retribution against those who insult us.

Now, my understanding is you're a Jazz fan, or used to be, right? What's funny then is that Kanter basically talked crap on you and you're sitting here defending the guy (Unless you're not a Jazz fan, which in that case I would like to know what the hell you're doing on this board).

He admitted to being a Kanter homer Cuz he's one of few muslim players in the NBA.

Even if the Thunder were in the playoffs with their 45-37 record they still would have kept their pick this year since it was top-18 protected and would have been number 18.

Pretty funny to think Kanter was fortunate enough to be traded to a legit championship contender, bragged about being on a playoff team, talked smack about his old team, and his team is now a lottery team. For Viny, Blue Elephant and others, that is funny and enjoyable just from a general sports perspective, independent any connection to the Jazz.

Hopefully everyone here is enjoying it on an academic level. It's very satisfying to see someone hoisted by their own petard, receiving their just desserts. This is also known as schadenfreude.

Just kidding. I'm emotionally invested in this douche's life. F that guy and his whole family.

not srs.

Check out this gif I found of Kanter at age 12!

It won't embed for some reason.

Feeckst!

The situation Enes has put himself in is surreal. All those things he has said, and now they are out of playoffs? As I have said before, this tells a lot about Kanter's D.

In so little time, he drew attention on him not playing D. And in the same amount of time, they've fallen out of the picture.

Enes my son, my countryman, spoiled little brat, you have to grow up if you want an end to your screw-ups. I have always supported you, you have disappointed me many times, but I came over it. This last time of ungratefulness is a hard one, but maybe you come to the NT and play D actually and make us win so we can cover more soil on our past crap.

I wish you a better time of growing up.
