Holy ****, I just got off work, Kanter raped the box-score again. Glad he shot above 50% and had 0 TO's.
Yep. Kanter deserves 20 minutes easily. I don't know how we can put off solving the log jam.

Drummond was the #2 player in that draft.
I still believe in TRob at #2, but Drummond would be top 4 or 5 definitely.

He puts his nuts in your boy Illaysova's face too.
Well, we've been in prolonged garbage time.... It looks like the Jazz have been playing Evans at both the SF and PF. Not sure how well either is working out. I still think he's a rotation player.
I have a feeling the Lakers aren't going to be as good as ESPN has advertised....
#1 Half their team belongs in a retirement home. I really wonder how many more seasons Kobe, Artest, and Nash can go without tearing an ACL or having a massive drop off.
#2 Nash has no shooters or athletes to throw the ball to. He's always been effective when he's had great athletes to run and gun with. Somebody like... Raja Bell... Would look like Lebron James in terms of athletic ability on that team... They're just so stiff!
#3 The only "athlete" on the team has a bad back, no range, and can't make free throws. Even if he does his best Amare impression, I doubt he'll average that many points. And he's a moron. And a coach killer. And he has a bad back so who knows how effective he'll ever be.
#4 Kobe isn't that great of a spot up shooter. He's a lot better at creating for himself and drawing fouls. So when he's creating that gets the ball out of Nash's hands. Which is fine with me.
#5 Brown is a stupid coach. He'll screw something up.
#6 Pau Gasol is ugly, never takes showers, and is softer than tissue paper. Only Boozer exceeds him in softness.
#7 No bench.
OKC, Miami, and probably even SA will run circles around LA. OKC especially. They haven't done anything to help defeat OKC. Nash will be fouled out in 2 seconds of trying to defend Westbrook and Perkins has always been supergirl's daddy.
I fear Denver nugheads, Seattle Thunder, Queen James, Nets, Grizzle Bears, and definitely the Spurs much more. Damn it, as long as pops is in SA, the Spurs will kick our asses. And Matt Boner. He is constantly going off. Red Rocket. Can't remember the last time he didn't kill us on 3s.
Popavich is our daddy.
What? He can't guard any position on the court, and outside of an occasional alley-oop, he can't really do anything offensively. Dude is end of the bench material at best.Well, we've been in prolonged garbage time.... It looks like the Jazz have been playing Evans at both the SF and PF. Not sure how well either is working out. Lakers is way better than anyone in this league except Miami, you realize that Howard didnt play today? and he makes a lot of difference believe me. They will make the playoffs 2nd place worst case and then start real balling (as much as i hate to say that) once we hit March april or something
I have only seen Drummond from his stats and highlights, but he seems like he's going to be a legit bigman. I wish Favors would show some of that aggression/skill on the offensive end. I have been really disappointed with Favors and Hayward as well so far. Drummond has no shot, but still can rack up the points. Based of off three preseason games, I'm kind of jealous of the Pistons.
I have to say like everyone else that I am really excited with Kanter's progression. That guy can rebound the ball--even better than he did last year since he elevates better this year. It's not often that I enjoy seeing someone rebound, but he is an incredible rebounder, and that is hugely important for a good defense. Kanter is leading the preseason in rebounds/game with only 20/21 minutes/game. He's averaging 28 rebounds/48 nearly double what Anthony Davis is averaging. I know it's only preseason, but this is what he should be doing.

By the way, Foye, "the shooting specialist", is 1/17 = 5.7/36 min. (2.7/17) in the preseason as per Locke. Burks on the other hand is 7/14 = 16.4/36 min. (6.7/14.7). Foye seems to be replacing C.J., and Burks needs minutes.
