Project 2025 Training Videos

Don't worry @Red. You can stay safe so those evil Project 2025 people won't get you.
I have no concerns for myself at all. But did want to point out you’re once again full of it, which you knew at the time you backed Trump’s disavowal of Project 2025….

There is no way Trump read Project 2025. Nobody read it. It was a thousand pages of dry policy document. That it was so impenetrable is why the Dems could use it as a weapon to beat conservatives over the head with.

In that thousand page collection are some good ideas and some not-so-good ideas. Even now, after total victory, Project 2025 is not being implemented. Some ideas, and some authors may find a home in the new administration while others will be thrown in the trash. The weird game the left has been playing where they prove one point and claim it irrefutable proof of everything goes to show how unserious the left is.

Project 2025 isn't Hitler's roadmap. It isn't even Trump's roadmap. You'll be fine.

I was reassured many times on this website that project 2025 was a hoax and Trump knew nothing about it. Weird.

Well, I’m sure repealing the ACA and cutting Medicare, Medicaid, and social security and deporting millions will help the forgotten man slob that Trump, Elon, and their billionaire ilk represent.

MAGA!

Lol, yes, I know….

Out of the 38 authors writing the various sections of Project 2025, there is a grand total now of one that has been nominated to a cabinet position. Even that one position was only named after most of the big slots were already filled. That hardly seems the ringing endorsement you and Thriller are pretending it is.

Be honest. Do you think it is better that Trump's nominees are people like Dr. Oz, Matt Gaetz, and RFK Jr. instead of the Project 2025 authors who all seem to know how to craft policy? Or is the policy in Project 2025 the greater evil so that Dr. Oz, Matt Gaetz, and RFK Jr. are preferable to you?

Just updating this, since it’s become clear Project 2025’s goals are reflected in Trump EO’s.

14 hours worth.

Project 2025, the controversial playbook and policy agenda for a right-wing presidential administration, has lost its director and faced scathing criticism from both Democratic groups and former President Donald Trump. But Project 2025’s plan to train an army of political appointees who could battle against the so-called deep state government bureaucracy on behalf of a future Trump administration remains on track.

One centerpiece of that program is dozens of never-before-published videos created for Project 2025’s Presidential Administration Academy. The vast majority of these videos — 23 in all, totaling more than 14 hours of content — were provided to ProPublica and Documented by a person who had access to them.

The Project 2025 videos coach future appointees on everything from the nuts and bolts of governing to how to outwit bureaucrats. There are strategies for avoiding embarrassing Freedom of Information Act disclosures and ensuring that conservative policies aren’t struck down by “left-wing judges.” Some of the content is routine advice that any incoming political appointee might be told. Other segments of the training offer guidance on radically changing how the federal government works and what it does.

In one video, Bethany Kozma, a conservative activist and former deputy chief of staff at the U.S. Agency for International Development in the Trump administration, downplays the seriousness of climate change and says the movement to combat it is really part of a ploy to “control people.”

(Sick conspiracy theory….talk about dead end thinking….)

Apparently, it wasn’t that inpenetrable.

That was pre-inauguration. Trump EO’s reflect the goals of Project 2025. Implementation.
Project 2025 isn't Hitler's roadmap. It isn't even Trump's roadmap.
Hitler’s dead. Trump seems to be comfortable with the project’s roadmap so far….

That hardly seems the ringing endorsement you and Thriller are pretending it is.
I don’t think either one of us were pretending. I know for certain I wasn’t. Evidence so far seems to support us….

You guys are all as damaged as me. Rotfl
Feel free to take any of those points and refute it with facts and not using opinion, unfounded claims or conspiracies. Or just keep believing everything your orange God-King said regardless of the fact that he has been proven to lie more than a dead dog.

Hell maybe even just read one of those articles and give us a synopsis, not an opinion just a summary, of what it says to show you even made an attempt to understand it without praying your Our Trump prayers first.

If you think so then you don't know how evidence works. How many individual policy prescriptions were in Project 2025's collection of policy documents? Among those tens of thousands of prescriptions, how many have been implemented or are in the process of being implemented. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm guessing you don't know the answer to either of those questions, and don't even know the rate of correlation let alone the causation.

The way I see you approaching this is to see an action taken by the Trump administration, then run to see if you can find someone else's opinion that whatever action is similar to Project 2025 without yourself even bothering to look at the actual text of the policy prescription. That is double confirmation bias with an additional layer of abstraction between the Op/Ed and the actual information.

More to the point, who cares? What we should be concerned about is: Is the implementation of whatever policy going to have a net positive, net negative, or mixed affect on our country? That is what matters. If a thing was or was not in Project 2025 could not be less relevant. The election is over. The nation knew exactly what Trump was and they chose him. Now he's doing Trump things and maybe some of those things are worth debating, so let's debate them and not just shriek "Project 2025" as it were an arbiter of moral value.

Two things. One you miss my entire premise

You miss my entire premise. It’s completely ridiculous to even talk about, for or against. It’s inconsequential. Of all the things you idiots could debate and it’s this? It’s like arguing who’s ding-dong is bigger. It doesn’t get dumber than that.

Which confirms my theory, the government from President down are idiots. We are run by idiots, idiots.

Isn’t that just one thing? You claimed that he missed his entire premise. I didn’t see a second claim.

This tells me you know nothing about project 2025. Unless you think eliminating all protections in society and all social programs for the poor and old are inconsequential and rewriting the Constitution by Fiat. You're exactly the follower Trump wants. Willfully ignorant and gullible. But hey if you're a reasonable well-off white straight cis man what do you have to worry about, right?

One of the comments to this WSJ analysis: “If I had a dime for every Trump lie, I’d be Elon”.

Weird. I was told repeatedly on this website that Project 2025 was a myth from the left and didn’t have anything to do with Donald Trump and his administration. Will those cultists admit they were wrong?

No. Project 2025 was a thousand pages of policy documents. Some policies were good and some were less good, but Trump didn't have anything to do with putting them together. Of the policies included in Project 2025, the two subsets highlighted by the WSJ have roughly 80% public approval with all but college-educated white women, a.k.a. Karens, and their simp male feminists.

Nope, it has nothing to do with this mythical project 2025. You are believing the fake news still. It has nothing to do with it. Stop believing the deep state leftist lunatics.

See how easy that is? That's all it takes. Deny deny deny.
