If you are saying that the Syrian moderates need more training, and ask for significant fund with which to do that training, I think the obvious implication is that, currently, they are incompetent for the job.

There have been cases of western citizens (such as American and British) joining them. But the numbers are few and far between. Recently two Americans died fighting for them and one of the guys that did the beheadings in the videos is believed to be British.

i honestly believe not everyone should have the right to vote.
before voting, you should like get a course. like learn about the constitution and other such things. to get a basic understanding of how it works.

Fortunately, Obama has assured me that ISIS is not Sunni or Shiite, but is an offshoot of Nihilism. They don't really belong to any religion. That should make it easier to identify and kill them.

at first he did not need congress approval, because he got a pen and phone. now all of the sudden this spinless heartless evil chainsmoking excuse for a black president needs aproval of congress.
he has no idea what he is doing and he nows it is gonna blow up in his face. so by getting congress aproval. they also get to make the decision. so that jspineless guy called barrack hussain can blame congress when it blows up in his fface.

Look up the first Barbary War

The Constitution is a framework for our nation that is rooted in the English common law tradition.(as opposed to the more prescriptive continental European tradition) Obama has this authority because of precedent. He has this power because every President since Jefferson has had this power. An act of Congress or a decision from SCOTUS could strip, redefine, or otherwise modify it. As we stand today though he does have this authority.


That's my understanding anyway
