I dont think so, I think he has just been really slowed by injuries this year.

I hope so. his window of improvement is rapidly closing though, most players don't significantly improve past 25 years old

Seems like Rodney has gotten away from his mid-range game. I loved his controlled quick dribbles into or around the paint that lead to nice easy jumpers.
