Quin Synder for COTY?

Just saw a segment on ESPN that talked about COTY. They (Pippin, Nichols, and Elhassan) said the front runner was, by far, Dwane Casey. They said Brad Stevens was probably in second, but there was no mention of Synder. While I agree Casey should be the front runner, I definitely think Snyder should at least be considered. He's made a lot of adjustments this year that show his brilliance. I wonder how many more wins we'd have with Snyder and this lineup than we would if we had Corbin or someone else.
Someone mentioned previously that the only possible Donovan killer out there would be Corbin.

I think that someone was wrong. There are a lot of coaches (and a lot of other circumstances) that could have held Donovan back. The Jazz organization deserves huge credit for creating an environment where Donovan could thrive.

With a team that is sinking and is far from what they were last year? I know they are missing Leonard but that seems like a real stretch.

They haven’t had Leonard all year. The rest of their squad is a million years old. And they were the 3 seed up until a couple days ago.

Teams don't usually get worse and the coach win COY. Even if the circumstances change a lot. Last year they were considered a threat to the Warriors, though not much of one. This year their struggling to hold off the 7 teams pushing for a playoff spot.

Spurs are not even going to make the playoffs. Their schedule has been pretty light to this point and they are about to hit the teeth of it. Remove December (the tough schedule the Jazz had) and the Jazz are a top 3 seed. Pop can suck it.

It's clearly Casey and too early to consider Snyder.

And who the hell are the rest of the players on that squad? I can only name LMA, old guy, old guy, injured guy. That full team is one Raggedy Andy *** group of players. Pop has done a remarkable job keeping them up as high as he has.
