This is a must win game to me. We are one season away from "same ol' Hawks" that go on long losing streaks and by December we're looking more at lottery guys than actual games.
The League did us no favours with this schedule, just Brutal. Just no real practice days.
I think we're winning tonight. I think we're going to come out locked in after a loss where everyone in the basketball world is gushing over steph's performance. We're frustrated right now but I don't think this team has quitters. My predictions:

So many on here seem to have not read the scouting report. The Utah Jazz has been one of the best defensive teams in the league for the last 3-4 years. Yet, so many want to blame Cam for 2 turnovers? Guess what - Kevin had 2 turnovers. Trae had 6 turnovers to only 6 assists. The Hawks didn't lose this game because of Cam.
Gobert and Whiteside owned the paint in this game, the way Capela used to last season. Having a mountain like that in the paint, allows wing players to be disruptive and reach a good bit. This is the disruption the Hawks played with the 2nd half of the season last year.
This team just isn’t that great right now. Yes Bogi and Hunter were out tonight but they’ve been playing most of the year and it’s been the same. Defensively it’s a complete mess and the late game execution is terrible. Still early in the year but really concerning to be 4-8.

Going into Utah, one of the best teams in the league on the 2nd game of a back to back is brutal. Utah also is one of two high elevation arenas in the NBA which really saps stamina.
Going into the season, this was probably the single most likely game of the year for the Hawks to lose.

How are people dogging on cam this game when solo played 22 minutes and cam was 6-12?? This was 100% a schedule loss.
Going into Utah, one of the best teams in the league on the 2nd game of a back to back is brutal. Utah also is one of two high elevation arenas in the NBA which really saps stamina.
Going into the season, this was probably the single most likely game of the year for the Hawks to lose.
I mean they ****ed is by 20 earlier in the season too so I think they’re just better lol

It feels like there are too many hands in the pot on the offensive end. There's too many people fighting for minutes and some guys don't want to be roleplayers, but stars of the show.
How are people dogging on cam this game when solo played 22 minutes and cam was 6-12?? A warm manakin is doing the same job as solo on the court and why he is in the rotation at this point is baffling. We can’t have this level of consistency from some of our starters. JC was 3-11 tonight. We have to play better defense in transition especially.
