Bad end to the half. Jazz played great defense though
we play a team that is just as big and physical as us and we back down. I feel like I am watching last years Hawks the way we are getting bullied around the floor. We have to play THJ if he isn’t hurt this game. Utah isn’t giving up free looks we need someone who can create some offense.
Utah is very disciplined. You are going to have to make plays to score. They aren’t going to let us pass the ball around and get open looks. Milsap, Dennis and THJ can create their own looks so they need to play. If Dwight won’t rebound there is no point in having him out there. may need some diff lineups tonight.
This one is on Dwight. He got dominated by Gobert and gave us nothing. He left Milsap by himself. The rest of the team is inconsistent, so I can’t be mad at them. But all Howard has to do is rebound and play hard. This is the third or fourth game he is out here loafing around.

Out rebounded by 15, more turnovers (14) than assists (11) and just plain ole horrible shooting, 1/3, 1/5, 1/6, 1/6, 1/9, 2/9 - lots of 1-fers. Delaney with the 0-fer tonight - Bad basketball.
Hawks were 14 of 43 in shots in the paint.
I didn't realize Hayward got so much bigger. Seeing Baze across from him is practice-level competition. He plays like the complete opposite of Kent.
