It's a bit of both. Around 4-5 minutes left in the first, they went to AD and he scored 4 straight buckets while being guarded by Gobert. One was a drive and a sort of hook shot, then a couple of face up jumpers. I was actually worried at that point, but then they just completely went away from him and I'm not sure he touched the ball again that quarter. I mean, what kind of coaching is that? You've got one thing going for you while down double digits, but no, let's just hoist up contested threes instead.

Ladies and gentlemen. . . that is an *** kicking up front. When they play well, the Gobert/Favors tandem is one of the most unique front courts in the league. I’m curious to see if the two Favors 3 pointers were a fluke thing, or if he’s found some level of comfort out there. That’s a game changer - if so.
