Such a shame. No doubt it was a witty, clever picture that in no way made fun of people, because heyhey would never resort to such a childish, bullying tactic.

So is the kid white, and were the victims black? That was never clarified.
 
So if the victim is white and so is the perpetrator is it still racism that he got a light sentence, or is it some other social construct, like the "affluenza" defense they mentioned?

You answered your won question. Someone white was some how associated with the case so it is racism.

I like him linking all the crimes commited by a white person while ignoring those commited by any other race though. Some one has to even the scales...

You mean, link to all the cases where the black defendant got a ridiculously light sentence after a conviction? Absolutely.

There are three words in the title of this thread. Racism creates privilege, but wealth also creates privilege, and the privileges work together.
 
It was a minor and his crime was drunk driving and it was his first offense. He didn't have the intent to kill so it's not murder. Don't try and make it sound like it was.
