Rank the Jazz 5 young guys in order of how valuable you feel they are to the franchise going forward.

UGLI's rankings

1) Favors
1a) Kanter
3) Hayward
4) Burke
5) Burks

I also have Burke above Hayward. Even though Hayward is a very solid player and a good fit for this team Jazz basketball has always been about PG's and big men first and foremost. I think if Burke is our answer at PG he will very quickly emerge as a top player on the team and certainly one of the most important.

Favors
Kanter
Burke
Hayward
Burks

Burke has shown nothing yet and is a short player. He can't be anywhere but the bottom

I think Burks shows a lot of promise. Still a chance he ia really good.

Agreed, still though if you had to pick either Burke or Burks going forward with this franchise you'd keep Alec on the roster?

Heres how I see their ranges of what a reasonable person could rank them right now...

Favors (1-3)
Kanter (1-3)
Hayward (1-3)
Burke (3-5)
Burks (4-5)

In order of how much I like them:

1) Kanter
2) Hayward
3) Favors
4) Burks
5) Burke ( let him prove himself in the NBA first)

If Burke looked like he was the next Chris Paul when I watched him play. Then I would still evaluate who is the better player.

But probably yes if they are about equal or Burks a little less. Ideally I would want a point guard with Hayward at the two.

The main reservation that I have about the team is Hayward at the 3. I like him better at the two. But who knows, maybe he grows into it.

I agree also with Hay at the 2 which is why I still don't envision Burks as part of the long term vision for me. I'd rather have Hayward at the 2 and go get a guy like Robinson III in next year's draft.

1) Kanter
2) Burke
3-5) the rest

I realize that Burke is probably too high here but that's what happens when I don't have to acknowledge his warts yet.
